Warranty
Western Build and Design warranty is based on a variety of factors.
All materials incorporated on remodeling projects are warranted by each manufacturer. Upon completion, siding, roofing, lumber, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, flooring, carpet, appliances, tile, glass windows, and other materials carry the individual manufacturer's warranty.
Western Build and Design workmanship warranty is on a case-to-case basis depending on a variety of factors such as the home's structural integrity prior to the start of our remodeling work. Final workmanship and related warranties are determined at the discretion of Western Build and Design's ownership.
