Western Build and Design warranty is based on a variety of factors
All materials incorporated on our remodel projects are warranted from each specific manufacturer’s warranty. Once your product is completed all materials incorporated such as siding, roofing, lumber, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, electrical and fixtures, flooring, carpet, appliances, tile, glass windows and any other materials are warranted by the individual manufacturer.
Western build and design workmanship warranty is on a case to case basis depending on a variety of factors such as the homes structural integrity prior to the start of our remodeling work. Once the clients project is completed our workmanship and any other warranty is at the discretion of Western build and designs ownership.
