What Our 1-Year Warranty Covers:
- Structural Integrity: We guarantee that all structural components of your construction or remodeling project will maintain their integrity under normal use for a period of 1 years from the date of completion. This includes the prevention of major settling, shifting, or structural failures.
- Workmanship: Our experienced team takes pride in their meticulous work, and we warrant that all construction and remodeling projects will be free from defects in workmanship. Should any defects arise due to improper installation or construction, they will be repaired at no cost to the homeowner. Please note: The warranty is voided if damage is caused by improper use, environmental factors, or extreme weather conditions. Western Build and Design is available for repairs and maintenance at discounted rates for existing and previous clients.
- Materials: The materials we use are selected for their quality and durability. We warrant that all materials will be free from defects for 1 years from the date of installation. However, the manufacturer’s warranty will take precedence in cases of material failure, and claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What Our 1-Year Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage Caused by Improper Use: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations made by the homeowner or third parties.
- Environmental Factors: Natural events such as earthquakes, flooding, and other acts of nature are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including fading of paint, is not covered.
- Improper Maintenance: Construction and remodeling projects require proper care to maintain their integrity and appearance. Damage caused by failure to follow recommended maintenance practices, including improper cleaning or lack of upkeep, is not covered.
Making a Warranty Claim:
If you believe that your construction or remodeling project requires a warranty repair, please contact Western Build and Design immediately. We will schedule an inspection to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is covered under our warranty, we will make the necessary repairs at no cost to you.

- Roofing and Siding: A 1-year warranty on workmanship only. The manufacturer’s warranty on materials is based on the specific manufacturer and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Kitchens and Bathrooms: A 1-year warranty on workmanship only. The manufacturer’s warranty on appliances, fixtures, and materials is based on each manufacturer’s terms and will be handled case by case.
- Decks and Railings: A 1-year warranty on workmanship.
